I am running Win 7 LAN Download 3500Mbps...and Up 1500 Mbps......and could not find anything to uninstal PB.....however I did remove PB folder and all PB stuff I could find....did exactly what you did, and the game appeared I selected it.......which was a first I have had it come up........got excited.......exited the program, did not update......tried to connect and got the same error message.......Restriction Service Communication Failure PnkBstrA.exe I so appreciate the effort....I am not sure if it is possible for you at some point.....to remotely assist me, perhaps it is me..........I am going to wait and see what you say.....before I do anything....I thought about trying to update, but you said no, so I did not.....so if all files PB needs are in the folder.....I do not understand why the server is not recognizing it....I will uninstall game......and try again...plz let me know if we could as I asked possibly do a remote assistance.....thank you so much for helping me....
