PB INIT punkbuster problems

Hey guys, My problem isn't on House of Boom server(thankfully) but it's on the ROX server(which I believe is the sister server to this one.

If not, my apologies for bringing it up.

I'm in there for less than a minute and I get kicked for PB INIT error and it says to visit evenbalance and update my PB.

I've reinstalled PB and everythying seems fine.  Not sure why the ROX server doesn't like me.

and check in the info box, DOWNLOAD PUNKBUSTER.

I have tried that. I goto the ROX website to get my lost password and it tells me confirmation sent. but it never leads me to away to change my password, And I can not download any files until I am logged in. Then when I get the pb exe file sof2 isn't even on the games list. Its been so long I feel like a dummy because I cant remember.
